Even though I had a great time with the large group I went with, there were several things about this ship that I was unhappy with. The meals were complained about from several in our group. The lobster was tough and the beef was dry. One night, one of the guys at our table asked for two entrees and was basically told he couldn't have two by the waiter. We had to repeatedly ask for tea refills and usually didn't even get our appetizers until after a neighboring table already had their main meal. Both of our tables had the same amount of people at them. Dinner took over 2 hours each night. The shows were boring (except for the comedians) and the singers pretty much stunk up the place. The lead male singer in the production shows and the woman in the casino were horrendous. We made a comment about the casino singer and the dealer said "You only have to put up with her for a week...I have to for 6 months!"

The crew was not nearly as friendly as on other cruises we have been on.

My husband and I got a massage which didn't start til a half hour after our appointment of 10 am. We pretty much were hustled into getting $100 worth of oils and after thinking about it decided to return them. We were told that we could not return them without the therapist being there because they had an "identification number" needed for returns and no one knew the number but the therapist. Eventually we were able to make the return.
