I just returned home from the April 2, 2006 cruise on Jewel of the Seas. We have been on six cruises, Sovereign of the Seas, Imagination, Voyager of the Seas, Adventure of the Seas, Mariner of the Seas, and Jewel of the Seas.

Fort Lauderdale- We arrived at the pier at around 10:30, because we had an early flight into Fort Lauderdale/ Hollywood Intl. We were some of the first ones ones to get there and were on the ship by 11:00. MAKE SURE YOU DO THE ONLINE CHECK IN, it saves you at least thirty minutes. All they have to do is scan your Set-Sail pass and check your passports and you're good to go. The muster drill was at 4:30 and only took about twenty minutes.

Key West- We didn't do an excursion in Key West, we had been twice before. We walked around, went to some shops,Margaritaville, and then found a speed boat ride which was well worth the reasonable $50 a person.
