Entry at Port -- Entry to the ship was not as quick as we intended. Security was a total mess, but we entered the ship painlessly. Once onboard, the centrum was littered with people doing absolutely NOTHING. Just standing in the middle of walkways waiting for friends or just talking.

One thing most of the passengers noticed was that the AC was not on. Throughout the entire cruise. The public rooms were hot.

Cabin -- The Enchantment of the Seas had THE SMALLEST STATEROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN. The plus side, the staterooms were a nice retreat from the blazing hot public areas. Dining I have never seen a Windjammer Cafe so cluttered and so unorganized. I had extremely high expectations for the restaurant, because on our previous cruises, it would sometimes be better then the main dining room. Passengers acted like animals, and the staff could barely keep up with the madness. The My Fair Lady dining room was excellent. The atmosphere was not the best, but the service was unmatched. The waiters were excellent. Serving meals and drinks promptly. And when we entered the dining room, our drinks were immediately set on the table by our normal preferences. One waiter even put up with the kids, coming over to our able every night to perform magic tricks, and use our tables silverware to create works of art. One night, he even took the whipped cream off one of the deserts, and placed some on his face and Marissas and took pictures for us. Children's Facilities -- Probably the worst ever. "Fuel" a club onboard for teens was never open. This "club" featured a bar and a sitting area. When an activity would happen, people would line up like animals outside the doors. What is the point of having a club for teens if it is never going to be open? Would you dedicate half the ship to people in wheelchairs only? So why dedicate a portion of the ship to teens if they can't go there?
