This was our 16th cruise, 3rd with Princess and our first outing after my husband's hip replacement. We wanted an easy, relaxing cruise and that is what we got on the Grand. We took a 2 hr. flight to Houston, bought shuttle tickets from one of the booths at Hobby Airport.

Embarkation was the easiest we have ever experienced, we just walked right on. Our balcony stateroom was fine, cabin steward helpful. Princess even provided a raised toilet seat when we asked.

Meals were much too good, better than we had last year on the Sapphire Princess. Our waitress Dory and her helper couldn't have been more attentive. The staff was uniformly pleasant.
