This was my first cruise. My friend talked me into going with her and I was really looking forward to it. It wound up being the vacation from hell!

We arrived in San Juan at 11:30AM to find out that the ship was not to come into port until 3PM and that we should be able to embark at about 8:30PM. Carnival was kind enough to give us a $25.00 credit to repay us for the food we would have to consume in Puerto Rico for the day.

By 4PM people were lined up in front of the gate. By 8PM people were crammed in like sardines. To my knowledge at least 3 people fainted and one older man got a massive nose bleed. Carnival took their sweet ole time getting help to these people. Read more
