Awful Service Awful food Just Plain Awful

The shuttle that NCL provided (we paid for)was a disaster! The motorcoach looked like it came out of the junkyard for retired grey hound buses! The words Greyhound were spray painted over, tires were bald, seats ripped, windows cracked, no air conditioning and to top it off the NCL rep made everyone put their luggage in a "BUDGET RENT A TRUCK" not even in the belly of the motorcoach. All the other cruise lines put the passengers luggage in the belly of their motorcoach. Isn't this a breach of security? And the walk from the terminal to the shuttle area is an endless walk with no assistance with luggage provided by NCL...poor service on NCL part. Read more
