ms Zuiderdam Review Spring Break Vacation March 10-18, 2006

Background and Why We Chose Zuiderdam Ahh, where to begin?!? Let me start by telling you that we chose this cruise in the most terribly convoluted way possiblemy travel agent probably hates me now, but I am so glad we ended up where we did.

To begin with, my mother and my best girlfriend accompanied me on their first cruise ever (my second) in March 2005 aboard the Diamond Princess to the Mexican Riviera. They fell in love with cruising, and we decided to immediately book another cruise upon returning home from the trip. We hastily booked the Norwegian Sun on a western Caribbean route out of New Orleans, and booked one of the nifty forward-facing mini-suites on that ship. Although we were very excited and pleased with our selection, we started re-thinking our budgets, and decided that we should go for something a tad less expensive.
