We booked this cruise within 3 weeks of sailing, so we used e-docs and had no problems whatsoever with embarkation in Tampa. Total time from leaving our car with the valet to actually stepping on board was about 15 minutes! This was the easiest embarkation I have ever experienced.

My first impression of the ship's interior was good. The decor is elegant and understated. My last cruise was on the Mariner of the Seas, so I couldn't help but compare the 2 ships. The Grandeur is quite a bit smaller, but it didn't feel crowded except by the pool area, which I would expect since the ship was filled with spring breakers.

The food was a little disappointing, but still good. Due to the virus outbreak, the crew was there to dish out your selections at the Windjammer. The food in the dining room was average, and the prime rib excellent.
