This was my 8th cruise since 2000 - we chose this itinerary after passing though for a few days on a long 2002 cruise. We flew from LA and stayed overnight at the IC in Papeete - had a great bungalow with a gorgeous view of Moorea - days 2-4 we stayed at the IC on Moorea and it was gorgeous.

We checked in for the cruise around 11:45 after a great ferry ride and got on board but could not get to the room until 2pm. No big deal. On line checking in we were handed a form asking us if we were sick! Joy - the social hostess asked my wife in the most baby talk style if she had been to "icky poo" - my wife said - no - Moorea, I then told her she had been asked if she had the runs !! Treat us like adults Princess !!

I liked using the ship as a hotel the first night - lots of shopping - got a great black pearl necklace at Robert Wan and some great flowers at the Market. Also some great fruit to bring on board. The ship does not use local produce which is a MAJOR SHAME. Also no Hinano beer on board which is a joke.
