We traveled with a group of 10 in age from 25-52, our rooms were all pretty much together on deck 6. We had a balcony room overlooking the back of the ship. The balcony had a lot of room which helped in storing luggage and drying dive gear. The room itself looked like a cheap hotel room with worn out carpet and furnishings. We don't spend a lot of time in our room so it was ok.

The food in the Windjammer Cafe was awful. Buffet style with the same food every day. In the morning you could get a made to order omelette, everything else was steam table style. Most days it was difficult finding a table that didn't have dirty dishes on it. Some days they ran out of clean glasses and silverware. Because of our schedules we were stuck with this each day or pizza, hot dogs and fries in the solarium. Dinner in the dining room was better but still not up to our standards. The food was cold, portions small-3 small shrimp for shrimp cocktail, fish selections were dry and not served very hot. Bar service on the ship was very slow and if you had a pop card they ignored you as they don't make a tip on serving you a soda.

Ship activities are the same as usual, miniature golf was in need of some serious repairs. Rock climbing wall was nice but not always opened. Best entertainment was Tribute, a Salute to the Temptations. If you have cruised once before you know what to expect because the shows and activities don't seem to change much. Same activities, shows, jokes etc. Excursions-We had some great ones and a very disappointing one. The best was Rays and Reef Combo in Grand Cayman on the Falcon with Peter, Jackie and Marlin. Jackie put together a great DVD of this tour for us along with some great pictures. The divers in our group took the ship tour to the famous Cayman wall and had two great dives. A word to divers-one of ours had trouble with his dive knife not being allowed on the ship. Our luggage was held up by ship security because of the knife. The knife had to be checked and picked up before each dive on the tender. Getting the knife back at the end of the cruise was a hassle. All the other divers in the group had knives but for whatever reason it wasn't a problem for them.
