We are a family group that cruises together about once a year. The ages range from teens to retired adults. Our booking was changed from New Orleans departure to Tampa. We had intended on spending time in the "Big Easy" before our cruise. We changed our pre-boarding meeting to Daytona Beach and spent a week there before sailing.

The parking at the terminal was not as bad as we had thought we were going to run into. Every thing went very smoothly in getting on board. The time was about 20 minutes start to finding the buffet in the Windjammer. Because of a rare cold day in Tampa, the party on the pool deck was not as festive as usual but was still fun.

This is the 12th cruise for my wife and I, so we do enjoy getting together with our family this way. Read more
