This was our first cruise. Everyone told my husband and myself that we would be treated like royalty. Simply not true! We found that some of the staff could not have been nicer, however, we had to complain to management on one occasion about the conduct of one of the servers in the buffet line. She was just mean, not pleasant and rude! In fact, management, for the most part was lacking.

We went on an excursion on the river tubing to the Mayan Ruins and we found that the Mayan Ruins was simply an area of woods, nothing more. The water that we were tubing in was shallow in several areas and we had to hold our bodies up out of the water as much as we could to keep from hitting them on rocks. I am not a large person, Im rather dainty and small boned. The excursion desk was not informative.

The cruise director was impatient and was not a polite.
