This being my first cruise, I lived on these boards prior to embarkation on my trip lol. And I have to say I learned quite a lot of got a lot of tips that really helped on my trip!

To start off with Carnival's directions to the port were way off, by about 40 miles, but after we found it, it was smooth sailing. We got in the building and through the lines very quickly and were on board within 15 minutes from arriving.

We walked around and tried to get a feel for the ship. We had lunch on the Lido deck, and the food was pretty good. I loved the atmosphere, the Caribbean music being played by the Calypso band was great. It was a gorgeous ship. The room was very nice and our luggage arrived quickly. Read more
