I was really scared about taking this cruise because of all the bad reviews I had read on this site. My previous cruise experience had been with Seabourn and Renaissance (now Oceania) for ocean cruises and Viking and Uniworld for river cruises in Europe. Everything was so wonderful on those cruises, that I over-prepared for bad things on this cruise.

There wasn't anything bad on this cruise! Our cabin was on the 3rd deck which had received so much bad press about the odors inside and outside the cabins. I came prepared with air spray and an Oust plug in. They never left my bag. Our cabin steward was attentive - our room always had fresh ice, clean towels, etc. If we needed anything, he was there to take care of us. The cabin is not large, but spacious enough for all our bags, scuba gear, etc.

We went diving in Nassau and Key West through the ship's excursion. Conditions in Nassau were great and the dive boat and staff were ok. Key West conditions were average, but the dive boat and staff were the best I've ever had. A warm water shower on a dive boat? I was in heaven!!
