I am a first time cruiser and I don't have anything to compare the Carnival Legend too but I will tell you that I just got back from an 8 day cruise and I had the best time.

The ship was clean, the entertainment was great, the staff went out of there way for you at all times, I never felt like I was bored or had nothing to do. There was always sometime to do on the ship. The food was good. My fav place to eat was the Unicorn Cafe, they have everything you need right there. I did get sick when we left New York until we got to P.R. but after that I was fine. You just have to get use to the rocking. It was well worth getting sick to enjoy the islands and the ship.

I have nothing bad to say about the ship. I have been telling everyone to go on that ship. We went on the June 22, 2003, trip. I can't wait to book another cruise and I am thinking about going on the Legend again because I enjoyed it so much I wouldn't mind doing it again. Read more
