Sail Date: Jan 2006

The Brilliance is living up to her name! She is truly beautiful and well laid out for easy access getting around the ship. We sailed on Jan. 2, 2006, to Panama Canal, Costa Rica, Aruba, Curacao and Labadee.

Only one problem - dress code. Three different places they had different information. Brochure and phone call to RCL told us two formal nights, four elegant casual and the rest was casual. WRONG: When we got aboard the first daily Compass stated: Three formal nights, two elegant casual nights, and the rest strictly casual. On one of the formal nights half the dining room was casual. It was unfortunate for everyone. We did not have enough for three formal nights. Not enough for six casual nights. Hope they clear this up for the benefit of all the females that have to pack.

We had the best waiter, Roland, the best room stewart, Mario and the best crew, mainly the Captain who displayed a marvelous sense of humor. We did not want to return home.
