Staff friendly and helpful. . . for the most part.

However, no dependable information available in ports for handicapped. I happen to be in a power wheelchair. Over and over again I was given inaccurate information about tendering and sites by the staff. Also, there is a 4 inch lip from the outer decks to the inside of the ship and my power chair will NOT climb it. Had to go to the outer deck for lifeboat drill and had to have 4 customers help me get my chair back inside. Could not visit the pool area or be part of the sailing away barbecues because of this.

At one point, looking for a safe way to go out on the outer deck I fell out of my power chair trying to come back in because it's just not doable. And, I spent the next days in bed in pain.
