Embarkation:

My partner, Son and Friend flew down to Orlando from Boston stayed three nights at Universal Studios prior to the cruise. We rented a car and drove down to Ft. Lauderdale (port everglades). The ship was docked at terminal 29 which has no parking nearby. We had to drop our son off and friend with the luggage then had to drive back to terminal one to park at the garage. Then we had to take a shuttle bus back to terminal 29. Once we did this we were able to enter the Suite (VIP) line since we had a grand suite. Our friend was staying in a Cat 11 but she was able to register with us. The registration was very simple. We proceeded to board the ship and take the usual pictures. We were disappointed that no one greeted us to escort us to our cabin like NCL does.
