This is our third trip on Celebrity and the first on Century. We are experienced cruisers taking two per year and have sailed on most of the traditional cruise lines. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the ship.....knowing that it was due for a 'dry dock' appointment coming up soon. While there may have been a stain here or there, everything was shiny and clean.
We were greeted by gloved personnel who escorted us to our cabin which was ready and waiting. During the entire cruise the staff and officers were friendly and eager to please. However, I must add the the attitude of many of the passengers left something to be desired. They were rude to people and to each other (especially couples..yelling at each other in public is a definite no-no)
Only went to a couple of shows.....average at best..certainly not on a par with RCC but there was plenty of other things to do. The casino was generous to some and kind to those of us who contributed to the coffers.
