This was the worst cruise we have ever taken. Princess has not lead up to its rep. Generally unconcerned about making sure that their "guests" are happy or even satisfied, unless they were someone who would be tipped by me, then, they were good. (room steward-even though the actual service was not great, his efforts and kindness were refreshing).

The "open dining" service was discouraging until we had a GREAT waiter and decided to request HIM nitely as long as we could wait until 9:00 to eat dinner. We ran into problems at EVERY port resulting in 2 cancellations due to time constraints because PRINCESS was so unorganized and could not get people off off the ship in time "to play" because we had to be back on the ship by 4:30.

The port I was most looking forward to was Grand Cayman. It was a beautiful day and we were led into the auditorium to wait until after 2:30 just to get of of the boat. Needless to say, another excursion was cancelled. I did not talk to ONE person who was having a good trip. EVERY PERSON said that they would never take another PRINCESS CRUISE. Maybe they will listen to their past guests who were not happy with their cruise vacation. VERY VERY UNIMPRESSED!!!!lala
