Sailed on a repositioning cruise from New Jersey to Grand Bahamas, Nassau, St. Maarten, St. Thomas and San Juan. This was our 12th cruise and I must say the ship was the nicest we had ever sailed on. We had not booked Celebrity before and were astounded at the great service and fine accommodations we had on board.
Our stateroom with veranda was perfect and our stateroom attendant Rebecca was the most conscientious we'd ever had. She just couldn't do enough to please us and did so in a very pleasant manner. Our stateroom was the furthest one forward on the Starboard side with a veranda, so we had a wall on one side of our veranda which was great as it blocked any wind at all while we were moving. It made it very pleasant to be able to sit outside with a little protection from the elements.
We dined 2nd seating at a table for 8. One couple never showed up and one couple had some medical problems so we basically ate with one other couple at a large table. Service was fine, although we felt the waiters had a tendency to interrupt conversations to repeatedly ask how we enjoyed each course of our meal. This was the only negative we found on the entire cruise.
