To start this is our 10th cruise is about 3 years almost all being on RCCl and 3 of them being on Vision of The Seas. This I must say was our most disappointing on RCCL. We were excited to sail on Vision during the Thanksgiving holiday. But we ran into a few problems.

Embarkation was a 2 1/2 hour wait. Luckily we got to wait in the Plat-Diamond waiting area where they had refreshments and tv. We got on the ship and went straight to the Windjammer for lunch. Blah is all we could say. Nothing special at all. Our suit was very nice and our balcony was huge being that it was on the back of the ship. The bath tub was very high and slippery. My mother fell in the tub hitting her head because it was so slippery.

Our first night at sea was like sleeping on one of those beds where you put a quarter in and it vibrates all night long. I'm guessing it was because we were at the back of the ship. The mattress were not very comfortable.
