This cruise line is pretending to be close to first class. First the management and officers are pathetically uninterested in passengers. I dealt with one who could not sell $5 for $4.

How did I dislike this ship? Let me count some of the ways. Bathroom not big enough. Staff, with many exceptions, untrained and uncaring. Butler service a joke. Absolutely worthless. Food, except at the Italian whose name I forget, very average. The Italian restaurant was above average in both food and service. The main dining room had waits most times even with reservations and taking care of the Maitre D'. The Polo, the other "better restaurant" was very mediocre. Other very casual restaurants were fine but no great deal.

The ship will $10 and $20 you to death. Water was $4+ a bottle. Martinis were over $10 at sea no less.
