The ship is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of artwork and glass. Easy to navigate as I am handicapped and never had any difficulties.

The waitstaff were superb, catered to our every need. Even had one go onto one of the islands that we were stopped at and purchase a bottle of hot sauce for my husband as he had inquired about what was the best one. When we walked into the Windjammer the next morning the greeter stated Ryan was looking for us. He gave my husband the hot sauce. That was going above and beyond. That's how the entire trip was from start to finish.

My husband lost his belt bag with his passport in it on St. Thomas. He contacted Guest Relations and they stated they were going to have the agent who is located on St. Thomas go directly to the police station to file the report instead of calling it in. We got phone calls daily updating us to the progress in locating the bag. On the day of disembarking, my husband was paged to Guest Relations. Low and behold, his bag was returned, everything in it including the passport. That's why we'll sail RCI/RCCL every time, the service can't be beat.
