My friend, Dick, and I sailed on Oct 22 from New York to San Juan via St. Thomas, Antigua, and St. Maarten.
We were worried about Wilma and Alpha, but, since this was a repositioning cruise, we were not worried about ending up in Montreal or Hamilton, instead of San Juan.
In fact, the Hurricanes did not have a significant effect on the cruise.
