I will start by saying we booked thru RCI and the whole process was great easy to do by phone and on-line.....all whom I spoke with first rate in customer service and personality and RCI is to be commended on that...We also are dummy vacationers by that I mean we do not want to think once the vacation begins so we do all thru the cruise line and it is worry free, by that I mean we book hotel and transfers to and from ship etc....it is first rate all staff for this top of the line and make it worry free......Inilta at the Sheraton in Boston checking us in great! Will the transfer person top of the line on the way back he picked us right out and said your bus awaits now that's good service!....

The embarkation was flawless, the crew that does it has it down to a minute and very stress free for the passengers......greetings were the moment we got checked in....and I have to say one in particular Howie Gayle he is just the best!!! His smile is a great representative for RCI, but he is leaving for the Freedom, sad to say lucky Freedom.....

Our cabin was first class 1554 Grand Suite, just lovely!!!! Balcony to die for!!! HUGE if you have the money and can splurge go for it, it is ALL ABOUT THE CABIN!!!! We got prezies every day, and the Concierge was terrific I do not want to butcher the spelling of his name but he was great and a true asset...Lowell our suite steward was good but we really never saw him and we more wrote notes to him....missed the special bond you make with these great people who care for you while you are out of touch with reality.
