We returned form a cruise on the Jewel last month expecting an outstanding trip after reading the reviews on this site and having cruised on RCCL in the past for a total of seven cruises but I AM SORRY TO SAY WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

We traveled on the 9/21 trip out of Boston. There were two changes on ports after we booked last year. Tortola out, San Juan in and less time in Bermuda to make room for RCCL's Victory on the pier. This was a disappointment.

We traveled with my sister and her family who had two people in wheelchairs. The ship is good to get around but we had a very very hard time getting correct information about what they could do and couldn't do on the ship and in the ports and on Haiti. The stop there is NOT on an island as they say it is very much part of Haiti but very nice. We asked many people on the ship about services and were not helped at all. The standard answer was " the ship has just come from England and we don't know. The food was good in the dining room a 7
