This was a GREAT cruise- I , too, thought HAL was a seniors cruise, but it definitely was NOT! We saw and met a lot of people in their 30's to 50's.
It is NOT a party ship but an elegant sophisticated ship with PLENTY to do or not do.
Embarkation was a breeze...Our cabins were not ready until 2 pm so we went to Lido deck for lunch and to relax. We also met with friends in the Seaview Lounge prior to the fire drill. Met the Hotel Mgr, Mr James Deering, who was WONDERFUL, friendly, and told us lots about this particular ship.
