We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. It was our 8th on Princess (14 total - 3 Celebrity, 1 Royal Caribbean & 2 Norwegian). We handled our airfare ourselves but did purchase transfers and one night pre-cruise at the Renaissance Hotel. Were met promptly at the airport and were soon at the hotel. This is a very nice property & the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again but may try the Embassy Suites next time. The Princess transfer bus picked us up around 1:30 and we were exploring the ship by 2pm. No lines or waiting for embarkation.

Our stateroom was B757 (aft facing) which was wonderful. There is an air conduction shaft on the right of the balcony which did have some noise but it was nothing bothersome at all. We spent quite a bit of time there and enjoyed every minute. There was plenty of drawer & closet space. The bathroom was small but quite adequate. Our stateroom stewardess, Aneth, was friendly & very efficient. We asked for the foam egg crate mattress (which did make a difference) & feather pillows & they were on the bed when we returned for the night.

We chose 2nd seating traditional seating in the Island Dining Room. What a delightful experience. The waiters, Silvio & Alex were great and entertained our table of 6 the entire cruise. The food was good to excellent and the service wonderful.
