Our first ever cruise and we did a lot of research and knew what to expect as far as the colors, service, food, etc on the Zui. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and would have no hesitation recommending the ship to others. There were a few minor problems but we certainly didn't experience anything bad enough to ruin our wonderful vacation.
Embarkation: We arrived a little later - around 12 - and just breezed through. Probably in less than 15 mins total! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stored our carryon in the Piano Bar which is set up for this purpose (although when you board, they don't tell you this, you kind of have to figure it out, but no big deal, its listed on the brochure you're given).
Lunch on the Lido. PACKED! Since we got there a little later, it was jammed. Took us 2 trips around to find a spot inside (too hot outside). But the food is quite good. The pizza is excellent as are the sandwiches. Pasta is ok, Chinese is average - I think they were having problems with the cooktops because it was taking forever to cook simple stir-frys. Bread pudding is to die for!
