My family and I just returned from the most wonderful cruise I've ever been on. I have cruised with Princess one other time and was not impressed. But this ship renewed my faith in Princess.
Embarkation was a breeze. My sister was in a wheelchair and they escorted us all the way to our stateroom. The whole process took about 15 minutes. She did not have to use the wheelchair all the time, and we had no problem navigating through the entire ship.
Our cabin was a balcony (my first time with a balcony) and very roomy. The food was wonderful, the service excellent. Our waiters were the best. If you ever do this cruise, see if you can get Eli as a waiter. We had a blast at every meal. I wasn't impressed with the buffet, except when it was in Cafe Caribe. We did eat most of our meals in the dining rooms because when I'm on vacation I like to be served meals. It was amazing..so many people on this ship and very few used the dining rooms. No waiting and wonderful food. I'm not into the entertainment, but the rest of my family went to most of the different venues, comedians, shows, etc. and enjoyed all of them. I went to the casino and won a sizable amount of money.
