Aloha! We returned from Hawaii yesterday and we are still on Hawaii time so I have some awake time to enter this review.

Four of us (2 adults and 2 children) cruised on the Pride of America, August 27-September 3).

We stayed on the North Shore at the Turtle Bay Resort pre-cruise and rented a car. These arrangements were made through a travel agent. On the day of embarkation, we returned the car to the rental agency at the airport and the woman at the returns desk called a cab for us. It arrived quickly and we loaded it up with all our luggage.
