Let me begin by saying that this was my 15th cruise, and I have cruised on 5 cruise lines. I would rate this cruise in my top two cruises!

Embarkation: Easy! The doors opened at 11:45 a.m. to an already long line waiting outside. Once inside the air-conditioned building the lines moved quickly, and once through ID checks and the x-ray machine you were sorted into lines by decks. We were the second people in the Aloha Deck line, where you were required to show the credit card you had pre-registered with. Once on the ship we dropped our luggage in our rooms and went up to the Horizon Court for an excellent sailing day lunch. This was a complete lunch, not just small sandwiches. Our checked luggage arrived in our room by 3:00.

Food Options: There are an incredible number of choices for eating. We had requested traditional early seating but were waited listed at number 289! So, we did the Personal Choice option and were fine! We ate at 5 restaurants for the 7 nights of dinners. Reservations were easy to get by just pushing the Concierge Button on any telephone. We picked our dining room, times, and table numbers. Usually we did it the day before and had no problems.
