My first cruise, my wife's second, so I only have what she has told me to compare with. But in terms of what we got for the money...excellent.

We flew in from North Carolina on the day of the cruise. Make sure you take an early flight to leave plenty of time to comfortably get to the ship. This is about relaxation, and the airlines will cut it close enough to have you worry about connections and luggage. We were greeted at the Vancouver airport and directed to the bus for the ride to the pier to board the ship. All went smoothly and we were onboard for only a few minutes when our luggage arrived.

First order of business...food. The buffet was good, some days better than others, but always with a good selection of food presented nicely. We ate there for most breakfasts and lunch while on board and there was always coffee.
