Overall we had a great cruise. Embarkation and disembarkation where nightmares. The Carnival team at embarkation was great. The local port officials were inept beyond imagination. We will never use Port Canaveral again. We are in our 50s and able to wait in a 3 hour line, outside, with out permanent damage. Many older travelers were succumbing to the heat and requiring help. The line would not move for 30 minutes at a time. I have never seen such a mess.

Once on board the Glory, our room keys did not work. Nor, did half the other keys on the ship. The Pursers office was overwhelmed. The crew seemed unconcerned and no announcements were made until prompted by the guests. Finally, after 45 minutes a crew member came by with a master key and let us in our room.

The food was fine and what we generally expected. The main dining room staff was wonderful and seemed to really be interested in our enjoyment.
