Overall this cruise didn't rock our boat..We had family reunion (16)all of us who have cruise RCCL - Platinum, Gold and my parents Diamond plus members (25 cruises).. The odor of raw sewage was lingering on our 6th floor the entire trip. We had our bathrooms shut down a few times for a few hours (no flushing). The engineering staff were working in the hallway with this huge Mechanical snake to clear the stoppage. It was gross - they had this snake across the carpet floor (at least 25 ft) after it was inserted down the waste line....what a mess. One day I went to use the bathroom on the pool deck 11th floor and I was told that all the bathrooms were shut off from flush but the water was still on - I say no more. IT WAS NOT PRETTY. The last night we heard the snake the entire night going down the wastelines on our floor- we couldn't sleep.

The food really took a dump from the past cruises with RCCL. Our waiter started out very slow but picked up his pace and performance. The steak was never cooked to how we ordered it. The chicken and veal was so dried out I was couldn't, eat it. To top it off - we had fight night a few tables away. Some jerk standing up screaming at his waiter and Head waiter... It lasted close to 30 minutes. It was ugly.

No horse race on the pool deck??? No Coors Light after the 3rd day on the pool deck?? NO cruise director on the pool deck??? These items might not be important to some but they are to me. Sorry RCCL, you need to step it up again or these other lines will speed past you..
