Overall I was very disappointed with the 7/24 cruise that we took on the Voyager of the Seas.

We arrived at Cape Liberty, NJ only to find out as we were checking in that the cruise was not going to Bermuda as scheduled, but instead was being re-routed to Canada (due to an anticipated weather problem in Bermuda). We were traveling with neighbors who had never been to Bermuda and were really looking forward to going there. Having been to Bermuda 4 times previously, we had told them so much about how beautiful the island and its beaches were and it built up their excitement to see it . We asked at the RCCL check-in desk if we could postpone the cruise until the next available ship to Bermuda and were told "no" and that if we did not get on the ship now we would lose all of our money. We were told that the weather in Canada was warm and pleasant and that the cruise would be very enjoyable. We decided to make the best of it and got on board looking forward to a fun cruise.

It was breath-taking to see the ship go under the bridge leaving the harbor as we stayed on deck 11 enjoying the bon voyage party. We noticed a Norwegian Crown ship directly behind us that had also been scheduled to go to Bermuda. We laughed and looked forward to having a fun cruise.
