Elation 7/17/05.. Re-routed to the Bahamas and Key West due to Hurricane Emily.

This was my first cruise, so I don't have anything to compare it to really. We were, of course, disappointed that we were unable to go to our original destinations, but, hey, who are we to get upset with nature. The Elation is a nice ship.. inside and out, I was impressed... very clean, well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. I was also impressed with the staff and services I received.

Our stateroom steward was very kind and prompt. Wait staff was friendly and funny. The Cruise Director, Jorge Solano, was hilarious.. more so than the ship's stand-up comedian.
