Background info...This was the first Princess cruise for my husband and I, our third cruise all together. We are both in our late 30's. We were on the cruise that sailed after Ivan, but before Jeanne.

Embarkation: Took forever. They had to rearrange the line a bit because they had lined people up too close to the baggage loaders. That caused more people to be placed ahead of us. It was VERY hot. Once we got inside the terminal, it went relatively smoothly, though we tried VERY hard to make the desk clerk smile.

The ship: Very nice. I liked the Movies Under the Stars (even though we'd already seen one of the two movies and weren't interested in the other) and could always find a deck chair. We spent a LOT of time on the ship due to the hurricanes, so we got to know it pretty well.
