Mariner - Hurricane Dennis Cruise
Intro
This was our sixth cruise on Royal Caribbean and the second time we have sailed on the Mariner of the Seas. Last year we sailed the Mariner on the Eastern Caribbean route. This year we tried the Western Caribbean route to experience some islands we had not visited before. By the middle of the week, the cruise was alternately called the "Hurricane Dennis Cruise" or the "Magical Mystery Cruise." More about the Hurricane, our modified itinerary and the ship's performance, later in the review. As I'm writing this, the hurricane is roto-tilling the Florida Panhandle as a category three storm, after having chased the Mariner halfway across the Caribbean for the previous four days.
