Overall good cruise. Odd mixture of experienced crew and new crew without a clue. Some crew thought slow meant good service.

At the beginning of the cruise, guests were often left standing in the cafe/buffet waiting for crew to clear tables, one place setting at a time. After many complaints, crew started using trays to carry more dishes in a trip. The aft end of the cafe/buffet also kept running out of coffee in the morning, an unforgivable sin in my book. No one was monitoring the coffee and bringing a backup container with ready made coffee often took longer than it took to eat breakfast. The ship vibrated a lot.

The Russian Bazaar was a disaster, with long lines and few check out staff. My wife spent over an hour waiting to pay for her purchases. Rather than using the whole lounge for the Bazaar, only a small portion of the available space was used, resulting in crowding. Many items offered in the Bazaar appeared to be seconds, making all the items suspect.
