This was our 1st cruise and we did not know what to expect, however this out did anything we could have expected,
We were impressed with 1st impression of the ship. The staff were very welcoming and could to do enough for us, no matter what we wanted if they could get it they would.
We had the unfortunate need of the medical centre and they were very good, very caring and organised a translator when we had to to a medical centre in funchel
The only thing we thought was wrong is the way they put gratuities on a daily basis even when they add them to everything you buy. We were advised to ask to have they removed on the last day, which we did and they did it right away, as we would like to give tips to the staff that served us and looked after us.
The ship is very clean and they are very good on hand cleaning and every time we went into the restarants someone was spraying sanitisers, to make sure no stomach infections could start.
We would defenatly recommend NCL
