This was my mine and my wife's first cruise as we were celebrating 25 years of marriage. Our bus trip from Miami airport to the Carnival Glory embarkment area was very pleasurable, plus the three gentlemen that took our luggage from the bus to the ship were very friendly.

Once we boarded the ship Carnival Glory we were impressed with the tidiness of our room and of the decks of the ship. Seeing employees cleaning 24/7 has to impress anyone. Our room 1262 was in a great spot on the ship on the Riviera Deck.

Our porter (Kay) was very efficient keeping our room tidy and giving us a little chuckle everyday with his animals made out of towels. The staff at the buffet were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The matradee and staff in the platinum dining room would bend over backwards for us as if you had any issues they would confront them and fix them in an exceptional way.

We found Josh the cruise director was very informative when we were entering our ports of More call, which were Cozumel, Costa Maya, Roatan and the Grand Cayman Islands. We really enjoyed the shows, Latin Divas and Motown. There were no complaints and my family and I will definitely be booking another Carnival Cruise in the future. Less

Port and Shore Excursions

Beach Break

The beach and free drinks were wonderful. But the 30 minute bus ride to the beach was nothing special.

We went to Tiki Beach and it was wonderful and beautiful scener but the excursion rate should be lowered because when we arrived at the baeach which costed us $40 each which included1 small alcoholic beaverage. We had met people at Tiki Beach from our ship which it only costed them $4 each by tax and they arrived there before us.

This was my (Myles) favorite destination of them all, due to the scenery and the friendly people in the shops. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach but we took the chair lift which you could really notice the scenery because you were high up, well worth the $11 each.
