This was our third cruise (previous 2 on Royal Carribean), so our first on NCL. We have always stayed in suites, and this time was no different. We were lucky enough to be in the Haven, and it was worth every penny! Our room was fabulous, and very clean.

The amenities that you get in the Haven, compared to the amenities you get in suites on Royal Carribean, cannot even be compared. All I can say is "Well Played NCL" - we will never sail on Royal again. From being escorted to shows for premium seating, to the treats delivered to our room daily, to the priority embarkation/debarkation, access to Posh, the Epic Club, it was all well worth the price. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived at the terminal, and isn't that what a vacation is all about?

The food everywhere was fantastic - we never had a bad meal anywhere. The service was great, staff all very friendly and helpful. Our butler was amazing, and very attentive. Read more
