We took this cruise with our two daughters (1 and 7). The service was impeccable, and it was perfect for our family of four.
Service: Cruising in a suite introduces a whole new level of attention. I don't think I can ever go back to a "normal" stateroom. Our gold sea pass cards where our keys to whatever we wanted - last minute character dining - no problem - special help disembarking - no problem. On top of it, our Suite Attendant Rosen was unbelievably accommodating and super friendly.
Babies: Unlike many cruise lines, this fleet has a special dedicated splash pool for babies in swim diapers! (On most boats, those diaper clad kids can't go in any water.) The nursery staff was great with our daughter and scheduling was not a problem.
School-age: Our 7-year old loved the kids activities in the kids club as well. Our daughter loved the dine and play program - ate with us at 6:00, staff picked her up at 6:40 to escape to the club. Gave us a nice chance for a relaxing dinner and her time to play.
Excursions: Playa Mia beach break was a good little escape. Their new little water park was a hit with our two girls and the food was good.
