We booked this cruise last May when we were on the Middle East cruise. We were really happy to see the ship was still decorated for the Christmas holidays. Beautifully decorated. We also were very impressed with the new carpets, paint colors and paintings. It made for a calm relaxing feel while walking around the ship on sea days. This cruise seemed to be a cruise (" Ask and you shall receive"). We heard this statement so many times among other passengers. We also asked for an upgrade and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get a cabin upgrade. This will go down as one of our favorite cruises. The staff was great. They treated the Cruise Critic members on board with so much attention and accepted our request to reserve a couple tables at the White Night Affair which was really appreciated. The meals were all fantastic, ask for a certain cereal for breakfast and every morning it was handed to us. I just wish the delicious energy drink we drank every morning could be delivered at our home.
Our flight reservations went off without a hitch, waiting in the Tango Hotel for most of the day gave us an opportunity to shop more (giggle giggle). It also gave us a chance to visit with our new friends longer and visit more places in Buenos Aires. We had booked private tours in a couple ports and was really impressed with the service and guides. My only complaint. Hated the high walled tub in our cabin, it was really hard to get in and out of. But so many employees remembered us as we did them, to many to mention but they are all great. Thanks Azamara for a wonderful cruise. P.S. Don't like the color of the Hull.
