Ship Facts: Carnival Legend Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Legend Deck Plans
Carnival Legend Christmas Cruise 2012
We arrived from Georgia by car the day before our cruise and stayed at the Embassy Suites very close to the port. Dropping off our luggage and parking our car was a breeze. We were quite surprised to find our luggage waiting outside our cabin door once we boarded the ship. We were totally unpacked and squared away before the ship left port.

We had a fabulous cruise aboard the Carnival Legend. The ship was clean and well maintained. The service provided and helpful friendly attitude of the staff was fantastic. We chose the 8:15pm dinner seating and enjoyed all of our meals. Dinner was a wonderful opportunity for our busy family of six to sit down and enjoy each others company.

Our 13 and 14 year old sons enjoyed meeting other teenagers and checking in on the activities at Camp Carnival while the adults attended various shows.

Disembarkation was well organized. Our only glitch was that as instructed, we waited in the Follies theater for our zone to be called. Unbeknown to us we were unable to hear the announcements. Eventually someone came in to let us know which zones had been called. Fortunately for us, our zone was being called at the time we discovered that the announcements were not being heard in Follies theater. As soon as we were off the ship we grabbed a porter and headed over to pick up our luggage. With our porter we zipped right through the customs line and on across the street to our car in the parking lot.
