Traveled with children

This was our second cruise on Rhapsody and this time we took kids. We had a grand suite and an interior stateroom for the kids. The spaciousness of the GS is terrific for families. We were able to dine in our room and have space for cards, games and just hanging out. There is a huge balcony on the GS and worth every penny. Our suite attendant, Ansonia, was fabulous. The kids had a small room but it worked well for them as they only slept in there.

The ship is in great shape, very few areas did I notice wear and tear. The pool area could use some fresh outdoor carpet, and the Broadway Melodies theater is starting to show some wear.

The dining service and food in the Edelweiss was great. The quality and presentation was excellent. The Windjammer is good quality food, for a buffet, but the service is always tense. Sometimes just cranky. Not sure why the attitude in the Windjammer but it was the same on both cruises.
