Such a pleasure to take our 1st family cruise aboard Rhapsody of the Seas. From the moment we stepped foot on board to the time we disembarked was nothing but pure pleasure.
Sailing on the 23rd October 2012 I have to commend everyone from the house keeping to the waiters, bar staff, everyone.
The way the ships company treated their passengers was wonderful.
We had a crisis on board with a gastric virus going through the passengers and the way the staff handled it was so professional.
Even the Captain was serving the food.
Nothing was to much trouble.
The food was wonderful.
On this cruise it caters for everyone from the young to the old and disabled.
If you want a party cruise then this is not for you.I
But if you want a cruise where you can relax, but still find something to do very minute of the day If you want, then this is it.
The service was wonderful in relation to the house keeping.
Our rooms were attended to twice a day and if their was anything else you needed some one was attending to you at a moments notice.
As you can gather, we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Rhapsody,so much so that we have rebooked another cruise on her.
We were made to feel like part of a family
When you arrived back on board after being ashore Captain Rob always welcomed everyone home.
Honestly,to sum it all up.
Rhapsody was a home away from home for 12 wonderful days.
Think you and we look forward to seeing you again in 14 months.
