I work for a private school and my husband owns his own business (which is very slow around the holidays) so the dates of this cruise (leaving the day after Christmas and returning the day before we had to be back to school) were ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! Plus......11 days to the Southern Caribbean at a reasonable price - PERFECT!

This was our 23rd cruise and 1st on NCL so we really didn't know what to expect!! I had done some research and knowing that it was an older/smaller ship I was a little nervous, especially after spoiling our 2 girls with numerous cruises, (this was our 14 year old's 13th cruise and our 10 year old's 11th cruise!) many being very LARGE/NEWER ships!

Boy were we pleasantly surprised!! The ship was a perfect size, large enough to have EVERYTHING, yet small enough to know your way around in a few days! Both of our girls made great friends and enjoyed every minute of the 11 days! The ports were great (went on excursions 3 out of the 5 ports). The shows were all in all THE BEST of our 23 cruises! Terrance B (the hypnotist) was our favorite!! The food was EXCELLENT (my husband gained 20 lbs in 11 days!! Me.......NO COMMENT!!) Our rooms (we had adjoining rooms) were perfect - having been on so many cruises, we always get the cheapest oceanview room(s) that they have - they were just right!!
